Clearview is one sim that might work ok, you can find a demo version somewhere around.

I used FMS for a very long time, its not the end of the world to get stuck with it.

Clearview would be worth it if you can switch the idle up modes and throttle hold as well. These switches are the ones that you would use in real life.
