Thanks for the advice and encouragement. I did discover one thing. I purchased a copy of ClearView and found that it was far easier to hover almost all of the helicopter models than my old G2 version of RealFlight. I was able to hover the Honey Bee FP and even a few CP models for short periods.

Many thanks again for the encouragement. I haven't decided on which real model to buy yet. I want to spend enough time in the sim to feel more confident before I attempt to fly a real heli. My initial thoughts are to go with a fixed pitch model first and to select one that a local hobby shop has parts for.
