As a suggestion to a pretty reliable Heli: I suggest the CP Blade Eflite with collective pitch and CCPM mixing. It is about $219 and comes with everything you'll need to fly. Parts are easy to aquire. It is a begginers heli but can altered into a intermediate heli.
