Great! I'm glad that you guys chimmed in on this forum. I didn't see much movement in the last week or so. Anyway I'm a newbie to flying and to this forum. I got my CX2 from an ebay auction that I won about 3 months ago. I've enjoyed learning to fly (and crash in doors:cool). I've added all of the aluminum upgrades including the CB boom and ultra flex skids from BoomTown (also won on ebay). I've drill out my RX and the canopy of the body. I really love the way this bird flies, although I still have some TBE going on. The inner and outter shafts have also been replaced, but it still flies pretty eraticlly. I've made adjustment to the "pot" and "gain". I've learnt just to fly it with whateven the RX and 3 in1 dish out. I guess that in the long run it may make me a better flyer and not just a hover'r. In the future I plan to get a Blade 400 or a Trex 450. But that won't be for at least 6 months to a year. Need to practice on my sim a whole bunch more. |
