I think that about the most powerfull rc heli that I've heard about recently is a 90 size that has a FIVE HP electric motor! A 90 nitro has about three hp I think so it is a large increase. The trade off is shorter flight times but unreal performance.
I've heard good things about the Blade 400 and the Spectrum radios so you should be getting a good setup.
Outrunner motors have more torque and run cooler than inrunners but inrunners are more efficient. Outrunners turn slower so they require different gearing to get the same headspeed.
