Most people have problems transposing the controls, the way I remember it is "Always prop up the dropping blade", so if it's comming towards you & it dips over towards your left, push the aileron control over to the left, prop up that dropping blade. As for nose in, how about slowly hovering about & forward flight, it seems easier to pick up which way the sticks should be going from forward flight (from my fixed wing days)..it will come to you.
