Well for idle up and throttle hold...I would inhibit these for now...ie switch them off...so that when/if you switch accidentally they can actually work.

Not being funny here, but read that manual right through the heli section...Futaba do a good manual...so do read it through.

Check the gyro paperwork too...CSM do write some specific instructions...I would be suprised if they didnt...my CSM gyro came with good instructions...they specifically tell you what the radio should be set to.

Good idea about PCM, its the better of the two. it has built in 'failsafe' for one thing.

A good idea is to mess around with the radio a bit...go through its menus and submenus..and locate where things are.
