Question Help with dragonfly 36 7 channel transmitter PLEASE!

Well I got my 36 today With the 7 channel transmitter. After charging it up I tried to put the Battery in place but it was a very very tight squeeze. So I took it out and tried to check the collective pitch adjustment. I guess it was ok. Well i tried to fly it, I put the throttle up with the trigger and it had alot of power then tried to tilt it upward and it leaned to the side and the blades hit the floor cracking them a bit. Also it just stood on the floor and spun around counterclockwise. Afterwards I held it up and let it rip while holding it in my hands above my head and I felt alot of force coming down instead of going up but then when I hit the rudder stick to the left it then felt like it was lifting up. So I took it back in and tried to take the battery off the connector and it wont budge..I even tried pulling it off with my teeth, i was thinking it got really hot and kinda melted? But i dont see and signs of melting...Also The Lipo Battery was rubbing up against the motor and rubbed off some off the protective covering around the battery. Anyone have any suggestions please?!?!
