Very true....sim time is ok for what it is...real flying is different again....in the back of my mind is that if I crash it could be expensive....and time wasting waiting for parts.
If buying a new heli, consider the parts backup...and the expense....my last crunch almost made me pack the hobby in...I was that pissed off...thought about getting into rc yachts or something instead.
