Re: fatal heli injury?

Hello,

This story is True,,

It is a shame that things like this can happen but they do. This is why it is very important to realise that the flying of even these little T-rex heli's is not something that should really be done if you can not control the enviroment your in.
By this I mean, If you are flying and then little children run toward you and your heli. Land and go home, Trust me when I say that even the T-rex can do major dammage to you if it hits you.

The man that was Killed, His name was Ron Kyle,

He was teaching a student on a buddy lead system. The student had been training in the hover for quite some time and was getting ok. Ron had to turn for some reason whilst the student was hovering and this made the student loose confidence. The heli came back toward him he shouted and as Ron stood up the heli blades hit him in the neck.

I don't have to say much more about it exept it was a freak accident that left a lot of traumatised people and one fatal.
Please learn by others errors.

Whilst this is a great hobby it does have its dangers.

Here is a report from the accident time.
