Re: my first kinda funny story

Hey again,

Just two comments, most of the pre built machines with TX in the box dont really have good TXs and the RXs are very often the 4 in 1 type affairs (this isnt ALWAYS the case). My advice would be to look at a package deal on a trex or an X400 which will save you a bit but will also get you a TX that should be capable of flying other helis.

The other comment Id make is that if you get a kit and build it yourself, you understand how it goes together and will be more up to fixing it.

With 10 minutes of flight time, Id say youve probaly run about 5 packs so you should have an idea now if this hobby is something that your still gonna be doing in a years time or not. If it is then Id say your time to jump in with both feet and move on to "proper helis" is now

Like the hawkman says, why not consider a .30 nitro, provided you can find a club/ somebody to help you, its the easiest way to go. Whatever way you go, try to get somebody to help set the thing up for you, it makes a HUGE difference.

I'll see ya on the flightline
