| V4 Vibrations
Any help appreciated.
I was being very successful and about to hover with my new V4 until it took what i thought was a small knock on the main rotor. Next day I powered up and had a huge vibration that shook even at low revs. Nothing I did seemed to stop it, so i stripped it down and found a bent main rotor shaft. Replaced it and vibration is still there!!
With no fly bar or main rotor i can see the main shaft is not wobbling. The main blades seem to be tracking ok but i can see the fly bar is not. It is equal in length and as best as i can tell the blades are flat. Any body have an idea what i should try next? |
