My Boss at work has just got into RC helis....I reccomended Realflight G3 as the graphics are good and the parameters can be set...so you can alter the flight models to suit what you want.
Realflight is not cheap....but its good....very good.
If you are on a budget then try FMS which can be found on the internet...its free but you will need a lead and a spare transmitter so yo ucan plug in and play.
Try Midlandhelis ......this is on the web somewhere....they were selling FMS with a dummy transmitter....is was about £26 which is really good value.
FMS is not the most amazing sim but it will get you started....it sure helped me before I flew a real model.
At the moment I use Truflite 3D which is quite expensive....its an old program by todays standards....but it does what I want it to do....I can use my transmitter, with all its functions.
Egypt eh? I was in Israel for a while, back in 1999.
