only one way

first start with a pitch gage sitting in front of heli put you radio at half stick check one blde at 6.5 deg then remove the gage and check other blade sitting at same place and adjust push rod so you have the same pitch,dont wory if rods aren't the same lenght they often aren't.

now

you will need help from a friend if you can hover ,put traking tape red and blue on blades as heli is in hover ask your friend to spot witch blade is lower.he will see this at the tip of the blades as they spin ,what you want is to see purple not one lower and a higher ,then adjust the lower coulored blade with push rod so both blades track togeter.dont let your friend to close and if you cant hover safly yet spin her as fast as you can on the ground until light on skids it will be o.k until you can hover.
try to get a friend to help it's not easy by yourself.
