no prob what it means is that big needle adjustment on the carburotor if you turn it clockwise you lean the mixture of air and fuel so the engines rpm will rise and if you lean to mutch the engine will over heat ,loose power and die

if you go counter clockwise you richen the mixture this means you have more fuel going in so engine nice and cool with trail of smoke but if to rich youre engine is slugish and you have less power. so you see this is the fun of finding the proper adjustment for the engine.

the low speed adjust is the same ,you just need a small screewdriver to get at it since it is hiden in the throtle arm.
if you look in the centre of the control arm on the carb you will see a flat headed screew this is youre low speed adjustment,it is factory set at about 3 turns open,just make sure you fully close the carb when you adjust this otherwise when you go low stick you can completly shut off fuel suply if it"s closed to much.
