gives some good info. It's worth reading as much as you can on the helifever site, it won't tell you how to setup YOUR radio if that's what you are asking, that's what the manual is for, but it does explain what you are trying to achieve with pitch and throttle curves.

Once you've got it setup (as you think it should be) have someone who has some experience take a look at it and preferably give it a test hover.
