If you are getting into the hobby, invest in a good sim, like the Real Flight G3. It's going to save you more money than you know if you do get into flying helo's. These things are not cheap, but the joy of flying them is priceless!! I am pretty new to heli's myself and my Caliber 30 has been a joy so far, but the skills I learned on the sim are absolutely invaluable.
Welcome to the hobby and remember one thing, take your time!!!!!! A little practice goes a long way!
