I have often heard people say that they use WD40 to protect there engines if they are going to be stored for months without use, So I was unsure about your original coment that mentions it attracting moisture.
I have got a can in front of me now and it clearly says on the can that it drives out moisture!!!
Surely they couldn't make a clame such as this without it having been proven?
Oh well either way I have got an engine that is having a rest over the winter so I am going to use it in that. I will find out for sure.
