Both crystals should have a freq.# on them that match.You could have a loose crystal or even a defective one.Recheck all connections and test each servo independently-a bad servo can cause all kinds of problems with the RX.Also check that RX antenna is routed away from motor,wires,and anything that can cause "noise"[magnetic interference].
